I currently offer individual therapy sessions via telehealth. If there is enough interest in meeting in person, I may expand to offer in-person sessions in the future.

I also offer a limited number of sliding-scale spaces. If cost is a concern, please feel welcome to reach out and we can talk about what might be possible.

I am in the process of developing some groups.

Postpartum Support Group
A supportive group for new moms during the first year after baby, with space to focus on self-care, identity, and connection. We’ll bring in creative exercises, somatic practices, and supportive conversation as we navigate the many changes that come with becoming a parent.

Anticipated group fee: $50 per session

I also offer Reiki as a separate, complementary practice. Sessions are a chance to slow down, rest, recharge, and reconnect with yourself and can be a beautiful addition to our therapeutic work together.
