My Philosophy

I believe we all have a steady, authentic core of ourselves - a part that is grounded, compassionate, intuitive, and able to see ourselves and our experiences with clarity. I am so often moved by my clients and feel deeply honored to witness this emerging in them, again and again.

Our work together is about gently untangling the protective patterns that have formed over time so you can reconnect with yourself and move through life with greater confidence.

The most meaningful part of this work is seeing people begin to understand themselves with more compassion, feel more whole, and reconnect with the part of themselves that has always known how to move forward.

My Education and Training

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington. I earned my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University and have continued to pursue advanced training in trauma, EMDR, attachment-oriented, perinatal mental health, and neurodivergent-affirming care.

My work with EMDR has been shaped by ongoing advanced training and consultation that is deeply informed by parts work and IFS. I naturally weave this perspective into the EMDR process, making space for the different parts of ourselves that have developed over time and the ways they may need support as we move through healing. My advanced training has included Ego States, Complex PTSD, Grief & Loss, Eating Disorders, Neurodivergent-Informed EMDR (Autism & ADHD), and Expressive Arts Therapy & Sensory Integration.

I am a Postpartum Support International provider and am currently pursuing Perinatal Mental Health Certification. As a mom myself, I’m in this season of life alongside many of the people I work with. While each person’s path into parenting is highly unique, I know what a profound, transformative, and humbling transition it can be. I feel deeply drawn to supporting people through this time and helping them find their footing as they navigate all that comes with it.

I’m also aligned with Health at Every Size® (HAES®) principles and the values of intuitive eating, supporting a more compassionate and connected relationship with our bodies, food, and ourselves.

I also offer Reiki as a separate, complementary practice and hold Reiki Levels I & II training through FireBird Healing Arts Alliance.
